Rigsby's Kitchen, a full service restaurant and bar, has gained
national attention over the past 20 years under the care and
supervision of owners Kent and Tasi Rigsby. Kent is executive chef
and oversees every aspect of the kitchen and menu focusing on
cuisine inspired by the south of France, Italy and the Mediterranean.
Tasi, general manager, keeps the front of the house running smoothly
and ensures the quality of their patron's experience. Menus change
with the season and feature only the freshest ingredients from
hand picked purveyors. The menu style is Italian and currently
includes Ravioli with Butternut Squash, Sea Bass, Pork Chops,
Braised Rabbit, Barbecued Delmonico Steak - all with unique and
inventive combinations. Rigsby's is an experience in the passion
of dining excellence set within a historic building renovated
into a casual modern atmosphere -
